1.     Change of Mind

    • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you are certain about your decision before completing your purchase.

    • If the product you have purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act NZ. This means we will either repair, replace, or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.

3.     Warranty Limitations

    • The warranty on our products does not cover defects caused or contributed to by:

      • Failure to maintain the product
      • Neglect or accidents
      • Ordinary wear and tear (including but not limited to rust, corrosion, normal fading, weathering, staining, discoloration, scratching, or chipping)
      • Exposure to excessive heat
      • Failure to use or install the product according to provided instructions or manuals
      • Modifications, repairs, or tampering done by anyone other than the company

4.     Claiming Under Warranty

    • To make a warranty claim, you must return the product to the store.
    • The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the claim process, including:
      • Costs associated with returning the product to the store
      • Costs of returning the product to you (if applicable)

5.     Exceptions to Warranty

    • There is no warranty or claim for breakage of plastic, glass, or clay/earthenware items.
