1. Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you are certain about your decision before completing your purchase.

- Failure to use or install the product according to provided instructions or manuals
- Modifications, repairs, or tampering done by anyone other than the company
4. Claiming Under Warranty
- To make a warranty claim, you must return the product to the store.
- The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the claim process, including:
- Costs associated with returning the product to the store
- Costs of returning the product to you (if applicable)
5. Exceptions to Warranty
- There is no warranty or claim for breakage of plastic, glass, or clay/earthenware items.
